Ordering
- If you put the wrong shipping address or placed the wrong order, and want to change it while it hasn't been shipped out yet, please contact me at: [email protected]
- Once the packages are sent I will not be able to change anything about your order.
Payment
Payment will be via Paypal, but you don't necessarily need a Paypal account to order, credit cards are also accepted. Paypal fees are included in the initial prices.
Shipping & Taxes
- Items should be shipped within the next 5 days unless stated otherwise.
- I will refund you any excess shipping fee if the package turns out to be lighter than expected!
- Shipping time:
- Domestic (France): Approximately 2-3 business days.
- International: Approximately 7-14 business days.
- Package tracking will be covered until home delivery for up to 45 countries*, and until the French borders for the rest.
*Albania, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, The United States, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malaysia, Mali, Malta, Morocco, Mexico, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, United Kingdom, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Thailand, Togo, Turkey (list might evolve during the year).
- I will not be held responsible for any delivery delay, I will however reach out to La Poste and keep you informed on the possible reasons for the delay.
- Customers are responsible for paying VAT import fees and fees that may apply to their package once it reaches customs. These additional costs are not the seller's responsibility.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- ⚠️Every package sent is final. Therefore I will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages, once the product is shipped out, I have no control over it and thus will not be held accountable.⚠️
- I do accept returns or exchanges up to 15 days after delivery if the product is deemed defective or damaged, however, the customer will have to cover the return shipping costs.
- I will refund you the total cost (shipping fees included) if the product ever gets returned to me in the condition it's been delivered.
- B-grade orders will not be returned nor exchanged as their flaws would have clearly been stated on the order page.
- If a package ever gets sent back to me (without you ever getting it), I will refund you the initial cost, it will be your choice whether you decide to re-order or not.
